I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to meThe refund did finally post to my account...May 5th Still not convinced their statement, "The product is available now." is truthful, but I'll leave that to the next dissatisfied customer

As stated the Mr[redacted] 's fund have been refundedThe 3D Printed version is readily available currently As stated before, it appears there has been a lack of communication and understanding of the Process for the Injected mold coming out this yearAll transaction, with all establishments takes time to be processed, which is out of our controlWe are glad that Mr [redacted] has a set of the Original Soundverters as he has stated, that was sent to him and has enjoyed themDon't believe we can do anything else at this time Thanks,Support Team

Hello ***,I totally understand that yours as well as my patients have been tested to the limit with this enduring process and adventureThe mold is being created right nowI don't know if you have any idea of a Injection mold process but, I encourage you to explore the processI for one will not invest the monies required until I am sure all will be accurate and marketable.You may not be aware but the Patent has been awarded and we should have an injection mold finish and product available with in the Next daysI will be happy to refund you money at any time if you have lost your patients with me and this processI hope that you have enjoyed and had good results with your complimentary 3D sets mailed to youMind you you order will be doubled with and Injected mold set when they are ready for shipment soon.Please Advise.Thanks,Bret N***FounderThis was the reply to this customer and He failed to inform us that he wanted a refundAs of this notice we have refunded his moneyAs he has stated he had already received a set of Custom 3D printed version and was informed prior to purchase that the order he was making was a Pre-Order pretense of the injected Mold modelAll customers besides him have been happy with our efforts to bring this product to the masses in a mass production processPerhaps this customer does not realize what goes into pulling this offBut we are glad he is Happy with his $valued 3D printed version Note last statement "Please Advise" Perhaps he did not understand this also

the response is misleading The Soundverter company has been delaying the delivery of their NEW 3D product since August of last year Although they stated I received a set of their 3D product, it was the so called "Old" version I have emails stating that since I was being so patient with the delivery process, I would receive sets of the NEW injection molded 3D soundverters The business also stated they have refunded my $dollars I have received no credit to my account from which payment was originally purchased nor did they state HOW I was being refunded the $25.Request this complaint be kept open until I have received my $refund
