was experiencing a significant backlog in work and agree that it caused a delay in the completion of the initial draft. I endeavor to provide each and every client with quality service and to abide by the customer service principles established by the Revdex.com.  Where circumstances warrant, it is my policy to adjust fees or issue the client a refund.  I regret that this client was not satisfied, and at the client's request, a refund was generated last week.Please do not hesitate to contact me if you require any additional information.

Review: I hired Soundview Business Consulting to write a business proposal for my start up.. [redacted] created an Engagement Letter stating the perimeters of the agreement between our businesses, which I signed.

I sent him a check for 1/3 of the total amount for the Plan ( $ 833.33 which he slightly discounted from the price on the Agreement. I have an email to note that change.)

I received nothing from him for over 3 months now My first payment installment was send out him on March **, 2015. I contacted him via email and phone and he gave me a number of reasons why he was delayed with sending me a draft of the biz plan- one being that he was having one of the busiest seasons ever.

He also emailed during the interim I was waiting for a draft that he was sending the plan to me " in a week" , or " next week" - but I never received any draft.

In the meantime, I had found a space I was interested in for a studio, and needed the plan to plug in the numbers for expenses for this particular space. I contacted [redacted] again, told him about the space and inquired about the plan again. I called him to please return my call. He emailed that I need to be patient.

His Engagement Letter stated that a business plan will be completed in 45- 60 days. I have not received anything form him in over 3 months,

I requested a refund from Soundview, as I decided to find another Business Advisor in the interim of waiting for a plan to be completed by Soundview. [redacted] has not responded to my email requests.Desired Settlement: I would like the full $833.33 deposit refunded for biz plan draft I never received, (Nor a completed plan I was supposed to receive in 45- 60 days!)
