Review: On July 22, 2015, Soundwavez Mobile DJs confirmed and booked a wedding reception to serve 3 hours at a quoted rate of $425. The deposit was paid of $125 on July 22, 2015 via [redacted] and confirmed via email. Upon attempting to enter the website to complete the play list on8/30/2015, the website was showing "account suspended." An email and text message was immediately sent to the business owner, Michael Hand with no response. On 8/31/2015, another email and text message was sent and at 5:44 pm, Mr. Hand responded with an email stating, "I'm so sorry, I just got my wife home from surgery and I just need to publish the sight I'm sorry I've had a lot going on with her and she's home recovering now and I will get the site up and running tonight" Again at 6:03 pm, Mr Hand sent another email stating, "I will have it up and running tonight when I get my kids in bed I'm so sorry". On September 5, 2015 we were informed by another party, he had been a no show at a wedding reception the prior weekend. The website account was remaining unpublished and on Sept 7, an email was sent to Mr. Hand to inform him we were canceling our Oct 3 appointment with him and requested the $125 refund. There was no response from Mr. Hand, and again on Sept 9 another email was sent to Mr. Hand. Again, no response. Yet another email on 9/19 was sent with no reply. On Oct 12, another email was sent with no reply. Mr. Hand and his company owes me a $125 refund. A copy of the receipt can be provided as well as copies of the said emails.Desired Settlement: Refund $125 for the deposit.
