I explained to the customer that there were only 3 of the part in the country and that the manufacturer was trying to make us pay more to get it released because when they have low stock on parts they save them for emergency situations. The...

guy didnt want to do it and said he would just wait until they decide to send it. I finally just paid the fee and expedited it in because he kept getting mad about the situation even though it was out of our control. Once I fianlly had it he decided he didnt want it. We never charged him anything. Since he decided he didnt want the part after we finally paid the $30 fee just to get him the part that didnt even cost that much he decided he didnt want it. SO we cancelled the order and still have the part which now ended up costing us more than the part is even worth.
