Review: On the date of December 17, 2014 I purchased an Alternator for my [redacted] from Source Auto and Hardware that is also a [redacted], and dropped off the original alternator from my [redacted]. The next day December 18,2014 I returned and picked up the alternator that I ordered and had it installed on to my vehicle only to find that I needed a new battery as well. At 3:31pm on December 18, 2014 I returned to purchase a battery. After purchasing the battery I had it installed into my truck. My truck was driving fine until about 10:00pm I was driving down the interstate and my trucks battery died and the truck completely cut off. I had to call a tow company and have them take my truck to the Mechanic who told me that I had bought a bad battery. So I got a ride back to the Source Auto and brought my receipts with me and asked for a refund but was refused they told me that my alternator must have drained it, When I had purchased an New alternator from them the day before and had it installed in my truck. Therefore how can they blame the alternator for draining the battery if they sold me the alternator, unless they sold me a bad alternator as well. That being they refused to give me my refund for no reason. They basically stole $98.96 from me.Desired Settlement: I would like my $98.96 Refunded by the Source Auto and Hardware([redacted]).
