[redacted] ***,It appears their has been some confusion regarding your order We offer our products on a day trial period Before you can purchase any of our products you must click a box stating that your have read, understand, and agree to the terms of the trial You cannot purchase the products without clicking this box of acknowledgement Once the order is placed you receive a confirmation email for each product purchased This email also contains the terms and conditions of the day trial On the physical product, shipped to you, we place a card on the side of the box that once again contains the terms and conditions of the trial This card also has displays the customer service number in large font if you do have any questions or wish to cancel your account As long as you call and cancel your trials within the day trial period you incur no further charges but the original shipping costs You made your original purchase on 10/2/and were charged on 10/16/because you did not cancel your order.We understand with every day life being so busy that you could have overlooked the terms and conditions of the trial That being said we have gone ahead and refunded the charge of $for the Garcinia Cambogia and $for the Revolutionary Cleanse as of 10/27/ Please allow 3-business days for this to show in your account All your accounts with our company are closed Please keep the bottles that you currently have and feel free to contact us with any further questions.Thank you,Support Team

Ms***,It's unfortunate that you feel the way you do about our trials as many customers have taken full advantage of testing the product out before making the commitment to purchase. In regards to how our products were marketed, prior to purchasing a trial you must agree, by clicking a
box, that your have read, understand, and agree to the terms of the day trial. Once you purchase a trial you are sent a confirmation email that contains access to the terms and conditions. Lastly on the actual product box itself we place a card that contains the terms of the trial as well as the customer service number for you to contact the company. It clearly states in the terms of the trial that your day trial starts immediately after your purchase. We also understand that delivery can take some time, as we do not have control how long it takes USPS to deliver a package, that is why we offer free extensions on trials to ensure our customers get the full days or more.After reviewing your account it appears that you have already been stopped/refunded in full for the bottle of the Revolutionary Cleanse on 8/16/in the amount of $89.47. As of today we have gone ahead and refunded the $you were billed for the Garcinia Cambogia, typically a refund will post to your account in 3-business days depending on your financial institution. email is sent out for each product purchased that also contains the link to the terms and conditions of the trial.  We also place a terms and conditions card, that explains the trial and provides a customer service number, on the side of the physical product boxes you receive.The trial starts immediately once you place your order so you weren't billed until the full 14 days were complete, the billing took place on the start of day 15 from when the order was placed.  This system is automated and we double checked to ensure your account was billed properly.  It's appears you didn't have a full understanding of how the billing/trial works and we want our customers to make an informed decision before paying full price.  We are going to issue you a refund for the other 50% of each product you purchased.  The refund for remaining portion of Garcinia Cambogia will be in the amount of $44.87 and for the Revolutionary Colon Cleanse it will be $44.74.  Your total refund today is $89.61.  Please allow 3-5 business days before the funds will show in your account.  All of your accounts with our company have been closed.  You will not receive any further billing or products moving forward.  Please feel free to contact us with any questions.Thank you,Support Team
