Review: On June 9th 2014, I have wire money to Source Graphics US 1354.54 dollars. I bought two of the 3D printing material. And when I tracked my package on June 18th 2014, I found out that the package was delivered in China. Instead of Taiwan, it was in China. So I contact the company and they told me that the shipping company, as UPS, input the wrong address. After contacting with UPS, they have provided me several evidence about Source Graphics had input the wrong address. They showed me that because it is an electronic packing slip, so Source Graphics had to input the address by themselves, and on the UPS system (they took a screen shoot) the city and the country was incorrect. So after emailing Source Graphics about this evidences, they told me that they did not input the correct address and they still blame UPS for this. Source Graphics told me that they talked to the UPS in america and the representative told Source Graphics that they input the correct address, however when I tried to reach the representative Source Graphics had contacted, I could not find him. The representative that the company had contacted with was non-exist. So after asking them to get my purchase ship to Taiwan, they told me that I had to pay extra shipping fee otherwise the purchase will be discard. Source Graphics told me that they do not have responsible for this since they did not input the wrong address. Even though they told me that they did not input the wrong address, they did not provide any sufficient evidence, only a world document (which can be changed anytime) showing that Source Graphics' packing slip has the correct address. I only want this company to return my money, because we have been emailing the company for 2 months, and they are not willing to refund the money nor do they want to ship our purchase to us. I did not contact any I did not contact any attorney. I only wish Source Graphics to refund the money. Hopefully Revdex.com will be able to help me get my rights back.Desired Settlement: Since they kept blaming on UPS fault, when it is clear that Source Graphics has input the wrong address. So the only thing I want right now to end this is refund. I wish they will be able to refund all the money. I will be faxing all the contact document between Source graphics and I. Review: We have made a purchase from Source Graphics a lil more than 1 year ago. When the purchase was made we were promised installation and training on the item which we bought and paid in full. We have tried contacting Source Graphics in several different occasions to try and help us with the issue but there response is always the same. They claim we have a software problem but even they have not been able to print something successfully in our Pro Jet 660 Pro 3D printer that we purchased. Let me mention we have been using our supplies that were very expensive to run test products that have been a total fail. Since we purchased the 3D printer they have run calibration a numerous number of times and have replaced parts and even the mother board.Desired Settlement: At this point what we desire is a working machine and replacement of all material wasted as well. We have been very patient waiting for parts and technical support. We just want a working machine that we spent well over $60,000 and have not been able to use.

Review: We purchased paper stock. Source Graphics sent us the wrong paper stock, then required us to purchase again before they would send correct paper stock, promised an immediate refund, and now 63 days later still no refund. Made 2 calls with messages to [redacted] in the accounts payable department with no return call. Left messages indicating that we would report them to local police and Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: Pay us our money plus our additional time spent to recover our money of $100.
