My company contracted with Source Specialists to purchase two Range Rovers in August & in September I have the vehicles but no titles! My Company LA Auto Deals Less agreed to purchase Range Rover HSE [redacted] (August 2015) and Range Rover HSE [redacted] # [redacted] (around September 2015) from Source Specialists and were to be sold and delivered to us with the proper titles to follow within days to maximum daysIt is almost a year now and these vehicles are sitting in a warehouse unable to sell as titles are not in hand as both had liens on them from leasing companies I have continuously been lied to by the owner of the company as to when I would get the titlesI was told on 8/17/that he had paid off the lien on the first rover [redacted] ending in XXXXXX and title to come ASAP then when still no title on 9/21/he said that both titles would be coming in daysDuring all this time I heard lies that the dealer was holding the titles th

In October of I contacted Mr [redacted] , who business name is "Source Specialist LLc",to purchase from him a Range Rover Evoque and we agreed on pricingHe emailed me invoice and bank wire instructions for Source specialist LLcOn 29th of October I wired full payment and he confirmed receipt of fundsHe said vehicle will be delivered to my me in Texas in about a week's time After weeks of contradictory statements and lies from Mr [redacted] it became obvious he had no vehicle for meOn December 8th he sent me an email saying the vehicle was not picked up from the dealership due to dealer trade issues and he will at this point like to cut his losses and get out of the transaction, and will instead apply my funds towards another vehicle I showed interest inI immediately

On December 23, 2015, Mr *** called and informed us that he has located and secured the vehicle in questionHe then sent us an invoice via email containing specifications, pricing, and method of payment for the vehicleAs instructed on the invoice, I did a wire transfer deposit into the Bank of America account of Source Specialist in the amount of $35,

I have been doing business with Source-Specialist for over ten years, and will continue to for the next years The staff goes above and beyond to make sure the job gets done correctly the first time
In this industry It is tough finding a service such a theirs, they are all you need to get the job done

Business took my money but failed to register vehicle in my name despite numerous requests
The company's representative, *** and owner ***, took my money of $and $42,to buy an Audi Ain May without giving me a copy of the contractThe car was delivered but it has been a year and they have not registered the car in my name despite numerous requestsThere were some email exchanges with *** but after a while, they totally ignored me and did not return any of my calls or emailsIn one email May 25, 2015, *** said the "The Ownership documents are on their way.." Without a contract, I cannot even go to DMVThe company only mailed the DMV registration for recently still showing the company and *** as the owner even though I had paid for the car in full
