Revdex.com,
The client submitted a chargeback with his credit card company. His company has chosen to "move in a different direction". To my understanding the complaint has been resolved. We took every action we could possibly take to correct and compensate for the misunderstanding but the client isn't interested in pursuing a working relationship. We have hundreds of happy clients on our platform and this is our first complaint. I can provide email threads with the client that demonstrates our commitment to providing world-class customer service, if necessary, but I would prefer to keep our communications private out of respect.
Please advise if we can close / settle this complaint.

Dear Revdex.com,
I've been communicating with the client by email in an attempt to understand how we failed and how we can make it right. In short, the response I received was that the client is now a competitor and has decided to move in a different direction. However, he refuses to remove the...

Revdex.com complaint. It's not ethical and the negative review should be removed. See his email correspondence below:"I appreciate your response, but I am going to keep the refund I got from my credit card company. It seems that Matthew was confused that I was still expecting the invision project I was shown and would have never approved the current format that was delivered. I currently own a small wholesale parts business and supply a little more than 30 stores in our region. I own a small stake in (name removed as a courtesy) and we were using them as a test platform for Sourcely's platform. I had worked out a deal on a percentage of every sale of your product to my customers with Patrick, but I had to use something first before I could see to my customers. A majority of the group we supply right now were interested in your product so I decided to test with (name removed as a courtesy)  so these guys could see if it worked before they spent the money. As a group we have decided to move on, but I wish you the best of luck with (name removed as a courtesy) . I am sorry things did not work out, but I am now satissified with the refund I got back from my credit card company.
Thanks,
(name removed as a courtesy)"

I am not a competitor to their product that I am leaving a review about. This company was had not started to compete with me until after I contracted them for work. I feel my complaint and response is justified as I gave them multiple opportunities to refund me and gave full details on where they went wrong. I had to open a Revdex.com case and call my credit card company to receive a refund. I would have never opened a Revdex.com case not left a negative review of I was refunded liked I asked for roughly 10 times. The whole reason I got upset is that they did not deliver my product on time and then launched their competing product after they said delay was due to firing developers.

Review: On January 11th of 2016 I spoke with Patrick N[redacted] about using Sourcely. He provided links to an InVision project that showed what Sourcely could do for me. I agreed to move forward and paid $1200 to have Sourcely create a mail-in/local drop off celll phone buyback and repair website that was exactly what was shown in the Invision project. This project was to be delivered in 10-14 days. Two weeks later I was delivered half the work and it did not even resemble what I was promised. I had to email edits and ask why it was not designed like I asked. I was contacted by the owner who said he would have it finished in one week. It has now been over a month and I no longer wish to use this service. I was given an uncompleted website that looked totally opposite on what I had been sold. I was also charged $100 twice for monthly fees even though the product was not complete for use.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the $1200 fee as well as the two $100 monthly charges.

Great company to work with. They have been a fantastic partner to help us customize our customer offerings. The flexibility has allowed us to offer our customers the very best values while maintaining solid profits. No need to stay under the thumb of a behemoth trade in company or try to go it alone. Perfect solution!
