That subscription was reactivated after our telemarketing team contacted *** ***, or someone answering for him, in March of 2014, and that individual provided demographic information to restart a free subscription to On Wall Street
The Customer Service Department received a request from *** *** on September **, to cancel his subscription and remove him from all contact listsThis request was immediately implemented*** ***’s subscriptions with SourcMedia have been cancelled and his contact details have been purged from our lists.
I left a voice message for *** *** to apologize and advise him of our actions, however, his voice messaging allows for very short messages and I could not provide the details I included in this note. We look forward to settling this issue amicably with *** *** and The Revdex.com

Review: I've been receiving offers from Source media by email for the last few months. I have tried to unsubscribe at least 4 times using Source Media's form with no effect. I have filed a complaint once, twice, three times, four times with customer services, requesting to be removed from all mailer lists. Every time, the company sent me a confirmation with the promise that I would no longer receive marketing pieces from their part, still, the emails keep coming.Desired Settlement: this company needs to clean up their act or be given a fine as an "incentive" to implement marketing best practices.

Review: Over the past several years I have unsubscribed to On Wall Street by Source Media several times. I have never signed up and do not want to get these emails. I have asked the customer service department several times why I keep ending up getting these emails and they reply with "Your cancellation was submitted."Desired Settlement: I would like to know how I keep ending up on their email list. Is someone selling them my information? Do they get it off of the internet? Why do I continue to get signed up for this? After I know that I would like them to NOT send me any more emails, other than maybe an apology email.
