We apologize that the customer feels the way she doesIt is not true that we took advantage of her because she is young and a femaleShe was actually a referral from a previous customerWe take care of all of are customers in the same matterMost of our business is from repeat and referral
customersShe was a first time buyer and that part is correctWe never blocked any customers phone number from calling usEvery vehicle that we sell, goes thru our inspection at our service departmentThe engine, transmission and all safety items are fixed and addressedWe sold this customer the vehicle "as is" but we did provide the customer a "Alpha warranty service" contract free of charge to herThe Alpha plan is a month or mile limited power-train contractIt also has free roadside assistance and a $deductibleAll the customer needs to do is call the toll free number, which is on the contract at anytime. I am rejecting this response because:
This is unacceptable, he knew from the first day I got the car the ignition key was coming out and I inform him and he told me he wasn't aware of the issue and that he will fix it. Then he gave the run around for weeks and issue was never resolve. If I would of know this car had safety harzad I would of never signed the paperwork. Why would I use warranty when the sensor isn't under the warranty. Yes, I was referere by another customer that he already having problems with and this didn't occur until after I got my car. Dan knew what was wrong with the car  and  he refuse to resolve the issue. Dan knew he drag his feet long enough he will not be legally responsible for my car. I know this car didn't go Through inspection I have attached pictures . As you can see in the first picture is a picture of the whole ignition with my key attached to it with  "tape" around it and Dan seen this with his own two eyes when I brought it to him the next day. The second  picture shows where my ignition key holds and it shows how easily it can come out, but you say it with through inspection. Dan know I ask him Was this car ever tamper with or anything his response was no. I wouldnt have signed up to get car that could put my life in danger especially if I'm making payments for a car. I wouldn't pay almost 10,000 dollars for car that could put me in danger, especially when I travel more than 46miles a day for work! . This is ridiculous! This need to be fixed. I didn't know car just goes out withing few weeks after purchase, dealer would have to know something near wrong with car. You could of been honest with about this car and where my money was going, but you didn't give me that option you seen an opportunity.

Terrible place, they are liars especially Ali the owner, Do NOT do Business with them!!! Unless you like being scammed. I purchased a vehicle from them almost 2 weeks ago, since I was out of state I negotiated my price over the phone for tax, title and plate. I informed them I would bring a check for the total out the door price. I left a deposit to hold the car. The post said the car was like new inside and out with a few minor flaws. Fast forward. I go to pick up the car. It clearly had been in an accident as both the front and rear bumpers had been painted, the car has a Tire light on, brake light, coolant light, Check engine light and coolant light on. They informed me they were unable to take care of my plates as negotiated because I was out of state. I went ahead and took the car despite the several lights that were on because I thought the car was still a good deal. Driving home the wheel shook terribly, the nav didn't work and neither did the cigarette lighter. I took the car to be inspected and found out it needs a new coolant system, brakes all the way around, a new head unit for the nav, thrust bars for the shake, an oil change, and it has a misfire. This is about 3k worth of work. Brakes themselves are $1200 for fronts only. Then 2 weeks past and I didn't receive my deposit back from the my credit card. The owner Ali calls me (I'm thinking to see how I like the car) He says I owe him $500 more to pay my taxes on the car. Wait I already negotiated that and brought a check from the bank to cover all of that. Then he says he wont give the title (which is clearly states in my paperwork that I signed was paid for) till I pay the extra $500 and he says he is keeping the deposit until then as well. Don't go to this place Please!!!!
