Sours Automotive

Review: Money was literally stolen from my debit card from the owner of Sours Automotive and U-Haul storage the day before Thanksgiving, at the end of the business day. Leaving me and my family without our money to enjoy our holiday and caused me not to be able to pay other bills due at this time. When I signed the contract with the U-haul dealer, and entrusted my belongings to his establishment, I had no idea that he would steal from me. The contract with the u-haul dealer at Sours was started in August of 2013, for the rental of a u-haul storage pod. I was quoted $68.39 monthly. Payment was made on Nov 3, 2014. Next payment was due in December. On November 26,2014, the owner of Sours Automotive fraudulently and maliciously removed $323.56 from my bank account. This is not money owed to him. At close of business on Thanksgiving day, he goes in my account, and takes my money. He stole my money to ensure his family enjoyed their holiday at the expense of mine. His actions have caused my family undue hardship and emotional distress, and caused a financial strain.Desired Settlement: Return of all money stolen $323.00, plus $50.00 late fees, and additional $500.00 due to other bills I am unable to pay and late fees for these bills, for undue hardship and emotional distress as this destroyed my, my children and grandchildren's Thanksgiving holiday. And for U-haul corporate to interject and move my rental storage pod with it's belongings delivered to me, at no cost to me due to the bad, illegal, dishonest business practices of their dealer.

I am sorry for the problems with the money debited from your account. Sours Automotive / U-haul had nothing to do with that debit. According to U-Haul International they had a problem with their credit card services that debited the account. I have spoken with U-Haul in Phoenix and my U-Haul Rep. [redacted]. U-Haul said they will refund the money debited plus any fees. They must receive a bank statement showing the fees for the fees to be refunded. Send to credit card services.
