I am writing with a serious issue. Your online store is false advertising more then I have ever seen any store do. Normally companies want you to shop online, I feel like Saks doesn't care about its consumers and wants to screw them over. You over price the product then add a big discount to the online store. Customers think they are getting a discount and a good one, then you receive the product with the product correctly priced and you then realized you've been duped and you payed almost 60$ more because the online price is increased to make sure you make the most money.
I want someone to explain to me how this is ok and I want it to be rectified. I should not be paying a special online price that you add a 'discount' to to lower the price to almost the original price. If you really want to do this then at least remove the price from the bottom of my boots and the box.
I want this escalated to management because I not only receive false advertised product I then receive the worst customer service. A rude women, Saks has to be the worst customer I have ever experienced.
