told the technician "The last time you all were out here, the owner was here, and he complained about my storm windows the entire time"I apologize that I'm not always personally availableMrs*** storm windows were not counted during her original quoteI personally seen that her labor exceeded her quote on the second visitRather than arguing money with a customer I just made a note to her invoice to catch it next time, Which was this past time.If Mrs*** would like a more accurate quote Ill be more than happy to stop by and give her an exact quote based on her window count and the service they require.In the meantime, there will be no refund issuedThe work is done, and cant be undone. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I was never contacted by the company If they had washed the windows and not the storm windows I would not have complained, but they did not! Only five windows were done (if you count the storm windows) and that comes to dollars a window That is above the charge the secretary quoted meI will certainly never use this company again and neither will any of my friends!
