Took my 2 dogs in for grooming, never been here before, dogs are groomed on a regular basis. I specifically stated the plumes be left on their tails. When I picked them up the plumes had been shaved down to nothing. They look like rat tails and will take a very long time to look normal again. If they did not want to do what they agreed to do, I should have been called and I would have done the tails myself rather than having them look like big rats. They offered no refund or partial refund even though they accepted the fact that they made the mistake by acknowledging I wanted the plumes be left on and by shaving them off without my prior knowledge or consent. Which they would not have gotten consent to do.
In regards to complaint ***, we have decided to refund the full amount of $96.00 to *** for the "services paid for were not the services agreed upon". After a discussion with the groomer who performed the services and the manager on duty that day, we feel the services we provided were not to the 100% standards we expect to provide to all our customers. We will be processing the credit of $96.00 back to the customer's credit card today.
