These individuals were U.S. Navy enlisted men.They entered the store and said they wanted to pick up bicycles they had...

ordered online.We asked to see which bicycles they had purchased,upon looking at the purchase price we were shocked.These were $1500.00 to $3800.00 bicycles that they said they purchased for $1.75 to 2.80.Upon further investigation we realized that our site had been hacked! We tried to explain but this person insisted on getting this $2800.00 bicycle for $2.90. We apologized for the inconvenience but that was not enough for this person.We also reported this attempted fraud to PayPal and the local Police so that there would be a record of this, and so that PayPal could could conduct their own investigation of this attempted fraud.We had several purchases like this on the same day this person is the only one who would not let this go. All the other customers were very understanding after we explained what had happened.Since this incident we have taken steps  to insure that this does not happen again.

Review: I went to the South Bay Bicycles to look at bikes and notice that they had 4 bikes that were priced for $1.75 to $2.90. I order through paypal. I left work to go pick up the bicycles and the owner said he would not honor the deal. He started to say that his website must have been hacked which didn't make since to me or the others there at the time. The website and payment info was all still linked the paypal for purchase so it wasn't a hacking situation he just did not want to honor the price due to his mistake on the pricing. I told him I don't want a refund I want the bicycle I purchased online for the price it stated. I printed the picture of the bike and price plus my confirmation and still was denied. He said he will be canceling any orders pending for those bicycles. I checked my account and my order was canceled. The store owner should honor that price advertised. I waste my time leaving work to go get the bikes and had no interest in the bikes he had in his store at the time. I have pictures of the website before he took them down off the site after I told him want I was there for. was this an attempt to get people in because of the business being so small.Desired Settlement: I would like the owner to honor his pricing for the 3 bikes I purchased through his active website. The advertised priced should be upheld. Its not my fault it was his. I wasn't looking for a bike to pay 2,000 bucks for, I was just browsing but then saw theses prices and was instantly pulled in.
