o Whom it may concern These individuals were U.SNavy enlisted men.They entered the store and said they wanted to pick up bicycles they had ordered online.We asked to see which bicycles they had purchased,upon looking at the purchase price we were shocked.These were $to $bicycles that they said they purchased for $to 2.80.Upon further investigation we realized that our site had been hacked! We tried to explain but this person insisted on getting this $bicycle for $We apologized for the inconvenience but that was not enough for this person.We also reported this attempted fraud to PayPal and the local Police so that there would be a record of this, and so that PayPal could could conduct their own investigation of this attempted fraud.We had several purchases like this on the same day this person is the only one who would not let this goAll the other customers were very understanding after we explained what had happened.Since this incident we have taken steps to insure that this does not happen again Thank you for your Patience and understanding in this matter Southbay Bicycles IncSteve Bandoian President 03/10/
