Review: Juan came to my house after I filed my first complaint with you in may , took some parts to replace and never came back , now he won't even answer the phone . It has been close to 3 months now.Desired Settlement: I paid him $ 419.00 to fix the TV , I want my money back and the parts he took.

I can not believe this guy is still in bussines , after I paid him close to 600 .00 my tv never worked. I would have sued him but he is an elderly retired man with no assets whatsoever so it would be a waste of more time and money but seriously stay away from him.

Review: Mr. [redacted] has had my TV since 11/14/2012 accept for two hours on 4/17/2013 when it was returned & I was told it was fixed and He was paid in full. By check & cash it stopped working 20 Minutes after he left. He came back and retrieved the TV and I have not seen either since. I have call & left messages, I emailed him. He did not return either. I spoke with him and it's the same story the part is defected this is the third part... now he is telling me he has someone to buy my TV and he'll make payments to me. Shame on you Sir. NODesired Settlement: Full Refund & and the return of the TV

Juan Jimenez is a crook I gave him $160 to fix my tv and he took off with parts to my tv and won't answer or return any of my phone calls.

Review: I paid Mr. [redacted] to fix my flat screen tv on 2/17/14 he took it to his shop and after 10 days he returned it , the tv worked at the very beginning but now it has the same problem it is still under the 90 days guarantee but it stopped working after a month , I contacted Mr [redacted] and now he says is the memory and he wants more money , the tv has the same problem it had when he fixed it , I already paid him $160.00 at the beginning and another $260.00 . I even offered to sell it to him for $200.00 just so I could recuperate some of my money , he refused.Desired Settlement: I either want my money back or the tv really fixed
