Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Only part of the rebuttal to my complaint is trueThe owner/manager or whatever his job title of the day may be denies stating to get the ##$% out When he called me bout the complaint I asked him if he had cameras in his business that he could refer back to about the aggressive behavior and profanity that was used.He stated noI found his reply to be coincidental because if he did have cameras they would have proven that my statements are trueHe also thought that by calling me and addressing the fact that he received a complaint that everything would be resolvedI believe this was only done because the Revdex.com was made aware of the situationIf he truly felt apologetic about the incident and how he cursed me out, contact numbers were listed on the samples that were requested, which he could have used to contact meHowever, that was never the caseHis statement about mentioning other print shops is incompleteAlthough he mentioned other print shops, it was only to support his statement that no one would want to deal with my unrealistic expectations of print servicesHis call did not resolve an issue (at least for me) and the fact remains that he cursed me out because he felt frustrated at meHe disrespected me as a man and displayed bad customer serviceIf the situation was reversed how would he have feltI believe he thinks its not a big deal and downplaying the incident that occurred as well as my feelingsWhat will he do to the next customer that frustrates him? What kind of customer service is one to expect when they walk into his establishment? No customer deserves to be cursed at while seeking print servicesSincerely, [redacted]
