I don't understand this complaint in full I rebuilt port side engine and the stbd engine is the one that failed But I want to make you satisfied in any way I can that is in my reachNot everything is fair in life so I seeWe settled this issue and Mr [redacted] R accept my offer My reputation is more important to me..The day of sea trail me and an other we'll know mechanic [redacted] recommended both engines to have all hoses replacedEngines were not sea ready Here I attach settlement

All has been settled with [redacted] and Payment in full has been made as we settled on Thank you

There is a mid understanding Time delay was due to the owner of the boat wanting to try and save money to build water pumps that needed new shafts that were being machinedAnd time was starting to be issue so I spoke to [redacted] the owner and his Captin and they finally decided to order new pumpsSo I returned parts and went to order and leave a deposit of $2,dollars to buy cat rebuilt pumps from dependable marineAnd [redacted] paid difference on water pumps And then we would square off labor and I would refund balance Balance to refund is $1,236.00and is avalible right away!

Hello I would like to know what failed or what was done wrong on this job , I have pictures of job as it was being completed,due to the holidays and new year we did fall be hind I met with owner of boat to run engines and check for leaks.but if he is not happy or satisfied I am willing to negotiate
a refund to make things right if I did not fix something right or something failed I due give warranty on my workEither way I would like to make things right and make him happy . I really would like to know what went wrong on this job

Good monring , first off there are two invoices never paid to us by your companySecond you need to bring the part to me so I can return it.that part should have been brought to me or my place of business within 30 days not 7 months later . I’ll make an exception and refund part but I...

need the part first to send it in so I can get the credit . But I do want my open bills paid also. So court would be a perfect step.or we can meet and handle this civilly. And the amount was 400 not 1100there was other work they paid on same check.

[redacted] of South Bay Yacht has agreed in writing to settle for losses in addition to services paid-but not received.  However he has not paid in full the agreed amount.   I will retract the complaint If he pays the balance still due NO LATER THAN May 14th, 2015 as agreed.
