We had lots of emails from these people , saying about having trucks in your area, we spoke to agent and he took our pay details. not yet charged. So far its been 2 days and we have not heard from them at all , we have tried calling and no one not even sales or customer service have answered, we are supposed to be moving and can not get hold of anyone to find out what is happening, we are totally disgusted that no effort has been made to contact us after we gave our details , we are now very worried try to call and find out if someone is coming to pick up our car or not. will need a head office number or something as no other numbers are offered to call. VERY DISPLEASED...

Thank you South Beach Transport for helping me get my vehicle transported. I dealt with Alan and Jim and they were very honest in their approach in assigning a driver to pick up my vehicle. I got bombarded with phone calls emails and text messages and was a difficult start. After the transport was completed they thanked me for my business and asked me to share my story on a review site. David H. was my representative from South Beach Transport and he answered all my questions and was very patient with me. This was our first time to ever have a car shipped. We purchased a 2008 Toyota Prius from my in-laws in CA and needed it delivered to TX. David worked with me every step of the way because he knew I had concerns after reading a lot of negative reviews of many other companies. He always answered his cell phone and was very polite. He chose a great trucking company for us and a great driver. Paul from Mountain Logistics Inc. was our driver and he was nice. We did need to be flexible on the pickup time and the delivery time, but we knew that in advance so it didn't bother us when our car was delivered a few hours later than originally told. We understood that we can't control traffic, construction, or weather. The flexible time did not bother us, because we wanted our car to get here without damage and IT DID! Thank you to Paul, the driver, and to David from South Beach Transport!

The overall experience with South Beach Transport was excellent. The dispatcher Alan O. explained the process exactly and followed the process to its completion. I had one car transported from Florida to California and one picked up in California at the drop location and brought back to the Florida origination.

The price was exactly as quoted and the time for delivery and pickup were as promised.

I needed to transport a car from Colorado to the Panama City Beach area of Florida. Did my homework as I read some harrowing stories. Decided on South Beach as their price was one of the lowest but it was the fact that I didn't have to pay anything up front that made me decide to use them. I dealt with a 'David H.' - don't want to give his full name over the Net but he was AWESOME. My car was picked up quickly and delivered even more quickly. The semi drivers were very thorough in examining the car prior to putting it on their truck and when they delivered it, it was just as they picked it up, they put it in the driveway of the address I gave them. If I ever need to use a car transport service again, I will use these guys. I was so relieved - for once, something worked just as it should. whew.

South Beach Transport handled the very traumatic experience of shipping my Corvette with professionalism and ease. From the very first phone call with Jesse, I knew that my car was in safe hands. The logistics team I worked with was Manny and Jesse. In order for me to feel comfortable about the transport process, I required lots of explanations and constant contact. Manny was extremely busy and unable to hold my hand so he had Jesse step up to answer my questions and assure me that my car would be shipped and handled with care. I literally spoke to Jesse at least two times a day until my car arrived safely at the destination point. I was provided with information on the Driver and was in communication with him throughout my car's journey through California. The pricing was competitive and the timing (although it's not a science) was acceptable. I highly recommend South Beach Transport and intend to use their services again in the future.

I have only wonderful things to say about Linda and the South Beach Transport group. I was very intimidated once I started to receive a zillion phone calls, emails and texts with quotes...but Linda was reassuring, and provided the perfect experience while shipping my car from Nashville TN, to Irvine, CA. The driver was prompt and courteous, and got the car delivered earlier than promised! Five Stars for them!!

THIS COMPANY DESERVE TO BE ACCREDITED BY THE BETTER BUSINESS BEAREAU. I AM VERY SATISFIED FOR WHAT, HOW DID THEY PERFORM BUSINESS WITH THE CUSTOMER. MY VEHICLE WAS DELIVERED IN ONE PIECE AND NO ISSUE AT ALL. ALSO I PAID THE SAME PRICE THAT WHAT WAS QUOTED.
I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO EVERYBODY.

So far my experience with SBT has been TERRIBLE. They definitely talk the talk, however they did in no way walk the walk. I was given a three day pick up promise and we are now eight days late on pick up. Every day I have been told that there would be a driver offloading in the area and pick up would be that day or the next. Thus far.... Nothing. There has been lie after lie and constant broken promises.
I don't know if other companies are any better, but South Beach Transport, in my opinion are useless story tellers.
I also believe that many of the reviews I have read may not be all they seem, possibly written by biased persons that may or may not be part of SBT.
They don't deserve the Revdex.com rating they have, but that's my opinion and experience thus far.

I recently contacted South Beach Transport company to ship my vehicle and spoke with an agent Mr. Charles H, he worked hard to ship my car , I placed the order
on Friday(same day I called), Car was picked up on following Monday and got delivered by Thursday of the same week. All employees were professional and courteous at the company that I came in contact with..The Cost remain the same that was agreed upon. Very pleased with service. I rate the company as 5 [redacted]. And if needed again will definitely go to do the business with.

Do NOT use this company if you need anything done in a timely manner. We were given a pick up date of Jan. 23. We provided the driver with the keys and location of the vehicle. We also paid him cash for the parking fees. He waited 10 days to pick the vehicle up. At the time of delivery, he tried to get us to pay the extra parking fees even though it was his issue for not picking the vehicle up at the time promised. He then also tried to get us to pay a ticket he received while picking up the car. This entire experience caused us a lot of stress and anxiety in a time when we were already dealing with a huge family crisis. If you need a vehicle transported, please find a more reputable company to do it.

South beach transport was awesome to ship with as I shipped my car from wa to new York. I think that the price is reasonable. I was quoted some very low prices and high prices they were in between. They didn't take money from my account until they picked up the caroad and it was just a small 90 dollars processing fee. The rest of the money went to the driver and I was able to contact the driver through out the process. I would recommend commend this company

Excellent job by Alan O and his team! He was able to correct a bad situation that I experienced with another transportation company. He promised to have my car delivered on May 30 and it actually arrive early on May 27th!! Just in time for the Memorial Day weekend. Great work by Alan, Jim, and their team.

My husband and I had a truck stranded in Indiana that we needed brought home to Florida. We were scammed by a DIFFERENT company and paid 1500$, and our truck was STILL in Indiana.
I found Alan online and he took such good care of us. He was comforting and trustworthy. He made the impossible last minute scheduling to get our truck to us. Outstanding communication!
Hopefully we never end up in a situation where we need transport services again, but if so, I will NEVER use anyone except Alan with South Beach Transport.

My brother suggested this company because he had a great experience with the help of Sr. Logistics Manager- [redacted] I am very sad to say I am having quite the opposite experience. In the beginning, it took a few days before I received a quote. I should have known then I would be having problems. Once a quote was made, Sr. Logistics Manager Ms. [redacted] was very helpful & attentive in the process of getting the paperwork completed and scheduling vehicle pick up date. The vehicle pick up was Sunday with a delivery date of Saturday. As the pickup date approached and passed. She wasn't available or stepped out of the office. I left multiple messages about my scheduled pick up date and only once receive a call from a coworker stating he was returning the call for her and then mid-sentence changed the topic to making sure the driver contacted me. I sent an email and still have not received an email back. My vehicle was finally picked up Wednesday and the driver stated he would still deliver my vehicle by Saturday. Saturday approached and passes ** Monday. Ms. [redacted] still unavailable. Today is Monday & I receive a call from the driver stating he will be here in approx. 3 hours away and that I need to honor the agreed amount of payment yet they can deliver the car two days late; of course Ms. Hernandez is not available. The driver arrives and doesn't want to release the car until he has money in hand. All I can say is WOW! I would not suggest South Beach Transporting to my worst enemy, let alone friends or family.

We already booked our auto transport with another company. A rep at South Beach Transport called us this evening to give us her sales pitch. My spouse told her we're booked with another company. This is when she asked who we went with. My spouse said just another company. She then told him the name of who we booked with and told us that the company are scammers. My spouse asked her name and she changed the subject. She refused to give her name.
In my opinion if someone won't identify themselves then their opinions aren't worth taking into consideration.
This sales rep represents South Beach Transport. So basically the company doesn't train their employees in business ethics. Why would I go with a slanderous company who clearly doesn't care how they obtain their business. This is not good business practice.
All it did was make my spouse panic. We called the company we booked with and they're sending us a confirmation that we're not responsible for the bill or miles should the transport vehicle break down. Is that what scammers do? I don't think so.
If South Beach Transport stoops to these levels, No thanks...I don't want the drama.

this company does not stand by the contract that they have you sign. promises were broken on deliver dates and price. The transport never happened because they would not honor their price and could not honor the address for delivery that was on contract.
