On August 26,2019, South Breeze Roofing installed a new roof on my home at ***. This company was highly recommended to my husband and me by a carpenter who was hired to make some repairs at our home. I contacted the owner to complain the first of the year that it was raining in the wood boxes adjacent to the fireplace. When I contacted him again that the problem still existed, he replied that someone should have come to correct the problem. On December 4, 2019, I contacted the owner again. This time I informed him of all the areas where rain had water marks on my ceiling. In the following places: Bedroom upstairs, Hall bathroom,Living room (my draperies are damaged), and still in the wood boxes in adjacent to the fireplace. When I called about this problem, he said he was in Tupelo, MS and was very abrupt. I texted him about my concern. as of today, December12, 2019, he has not responded nor sent someone here to address my problem. He asked how old was the roof, as if I was complaining about a matter that is 10 years old.

Yes we went back out today and determined the chimney brick is cracked and the flashing from the copper awning has been leaking. These are issues that are out of our control and we’re not directly tied to the roofing workmanship or our warranty. However we have explained the situation to Ms *** and we are going to work with her to get these situations resolved on her home. When the guys went out and resealed all the pipes no one was home earlier in the fall . We roofed this house in 2016 not 2019 as was listed in the initial complaint. The roof looks great I’ve got plenty of pictures for documentation. Thanks
