we setup a RMA to have the unit replacedReturn Policy is stated within *** marketplace.we apologize for the trouble, our reps try their best to accomdate customers as best they can, within vendors policies

as per the vendors return policy, we will only process a repair or a replacmentit is indicated no returns for laptop sku's or softwarecustomer service is important to us but we need to follow the respective vendors policies

I believe the description of the item was misleadingThe return policy was not mentioned on the description of the item. when you click on the return policy underneath the item description you are forwarded to the *** return policy and not the Zoom USA return policy. To view the return policy for Zoom USA you must click on the company name and then on the right side of the screen in small print you can click on the company return policy. When I received the item in the mail it contained the computer and two sheets of paper. The two sheets contained the return policy for the item and did not even contain the company name and how to contact them for issues. I had to use a search engine to locate the Zoom USA address and phone number. This company is misleading their customers on purpose hoping that individuals do to take the time to dig for their information and hope they get frustrated and just pay for the junk they are selling. Why must they send paperwork that does not include their business address and contact information if they are wanting to work with their customers. I can send a copy of the two sheets of paper that were sent to me if requested

we have policies that are implemeted together with our third party merchants. in this case scenerio we acted per return policy which is 15 days return for refund and 30 day warranty. at this point eventhough both periods past we would be glad to resolve any issue or concern via a replacment, as we expalined to customer.
refunds would not be possible at this point.
we are indeed sorry, but we must implement our polocies.

the defective product). I returned the product 3 days ago (2/**/16) and I am awaiting for them to respond and let me know what they are going to do to resolve the issue (if anything)

we are a fulfilment company, for this particular return policy is repair or exchange only no retuns for buyers remorse. if and when we recive a request for a rma form for a repair or replacment it is emailed to customer providing we recvie that request within 30 days of order, in this case we dont...

see a rma request.
we understand at times customers accidently may email the wrong email address or may have spoken to the respective merchant that we fulfil for other then us. so we do leave room for error if customer expains, we then escalate to level 2 for a resolution.

This companies customer service is terrible for the consumer. I will notify [redacted] and let them know how poorly I was treated. Will never again order from this third party again and I hope others will see the complaint. [redacted] stated that I could only go thru zoomusa to resolve this issue. But zoomusa refuses to help. our standard policy is 15 days for a refund that accompanies a timestampted rma form or 30 days for a replacment.
if a item is not returned with the above paperwork or the item is not returned properly, thats were issues can arrise thats beyond our control.
we issued clear instructions how a item...

needs to be returned unfortunately some customer dont abide and it becomes a issue down the road.

 Product was advertised as Mechanicly being good working condition. Which it is not! More then 30 days ago they called me stating the shipped a battery. They did not ship a battery. They told Sears they shipped a battery (which I have a copy of this proof from Sears as well. That they sent a battery. Which again they did not. They refuse to refund the sy laptop I purchased with intentions of using as a laptop. And refuse to ship the replacement battery as well. If I wanted a desktop I would have purchased a desktop! Not be forced to use a laptop as a desktop because they scammed me!

 I spoke to the mechannt directly and gave him my order number already. He flat out told me that there was nothing wrong with the laptop and hung up on me. they call themselves a fulfillment company and all that was fulfilled was a broken laptop. If you research this merchant there are numerous complaints regarding the same situation. Anytime that I reached out to the merchant was no help.

our procedure is simple, we receive terms and policies from our partners. we abide by those rules. so if a customer call or emails us regarding a concern we will rectify that concern within those terms. so if a unit is returnable within 21 days for example we can only have unit returned within 21 days or if a unit is warranted for 30 days we can only repair or replace within 30 days. unfortunately some customer dont realize those terms or dont like to work within those terms. but that's is our contract and we need to abide by them.regarding customers last statement, we have their order number, we deal with hundreds of customers a day and have no idea of customer order number if they dont supply it.

we are a fulfillment company. we offer a 30 day warranty and 21 days for claims. if we can get customers order number we can research and see if there was any communication and what we can do if any at this point. we will try to accomodate as best we can.

we must abide by polices of our respective partners. we don't charge your card your refund your card we simply fulfill your order per a respective company policy.most companies have restocking fees attached to returns. we must honor that policy. we extend excellent customer service per third party policies.

[redacted]   I spoke too a man from the company he said he had the form I filled out,but too have the form in was inside the  box I sent it in,.so they did receive it  But said they didn't he couldn't have the form so something is going on.

 because they sent me another lap top that would not work. it would not even turn on so I want to file this claim . I want my money back and they can have their junk lap top .
