Review: I HIRED MR [redacted] TO INSTALL AN A/C UNIT IN MY OFFICE IN 2013, HE DID THE JOB BUT THERE WAS A PROBLEM SO I CALLED MR [redacted] AND HE SAID HE WOULD COME BY AND DO THE REPAIR, A/C AND HEAT BOTH CAME ON SO I TURNED OFF THE BREAKER FOR THE HEAT, DID NOT HEAR FROM MR [redacted]L IN 2014 SO I CALLED A FEW MORE TIMES AND AGAIN IN 2015 I CONTINUED FLIPPING THE BREAKER AS NEEDED, MR [redacted] CAME OUT IN 2015 AND CHECKED THE SYSTEM AND SAID THE WRONG THERMOSTAT WAS USED, HE SAID HE WOULD RETURN WITH THE CORRECT ONE AND I HAVE NOT SEEN MR [redacted], HAVE MADE SEVERAL CALLS WITH NO SATISFACTION. ITS GOING ON 2 YEARS......
