I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  As  a matter of record the men are at our home now installing...

the floor ! They will complete the job today. I have NO complaint as to the quality of the work ! However the way that they communicate with the customer is POOR. Communication with the customer leaves so much to desire. For example: Even after they called back and scheduled the work for today (that was 2 weeks ago) there was no call to check schedule until last night (after we called yesterday).So our advice to any customer of JP flooring is to expect a good job for a good price. but not to expect any "call backs" or communication unless the customer creates waves...Regards,
