I made contact with the consumer today, she is coming in for assistance this afternoon

I made contact with the consumer on Saturday. The consumer is coming to the dealership to look at another vehicle.

received from [redacted], Service Manager, and he agreed to repair all rotors and brakes. As of 5/29/15, the order had been placed for the parts and the rotors have been received at the shop and they are waiting on the brakes to come in. Once all parts have been received, they will call me to make an appointment for the repairs. If repair does not take place, I understand that the case may be reopened. I appreciated the quick response to resolve the issue at hand.

Mr. [redacted] brought his jeep into service on 06-02-16 on repair order  123700 and 131,839 miles  and  stated his jeep is running hot  and the engine light is on. Mr. [redacted] was advised that he had a internal engine issue with the gaskets ,heads, block.   Larry [redacted]...

his advisor called Mr. [redacted] extended warranty and they statedthey are going to send out a inspector to view the concern and that the Cylinder heads need to be  removed for inspection at the customers responsibility . Larry [redacted] then calledMr. [redacted] and advised him that his extended warranty is requesting  the Cylinder Heads to be removed at his expense  and this is only to remove the heads for inspection-one way trip and we would need a deposit.    Mr. [redacted] ok'd this and brought down his deposit to remove the Cylinder Heads.  Mr. [redacted]s extended warranty then came out and did there inspection measurements and declined the repair due to the extreme warpage of the cylinder heads and block.  Larry [redacted] then advised Mr. [redacted] of the service contract response and gave  the price for  the replacement engine.   Mr. [redacted] then advised Larry [redacted] on 07-18-16 he might try to trade it in on something else .Thank YouRichie [redacted]    08-31-16     engine
