I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I called and left several messages for [redacted], star*ing on 3/20, and ending on 4/29/15, trying to get this issue resolved. THe last time I called, I suggested to [redacted] that as I had not received a revised bill, that they scan this bill, and email it to me. I never received that either. I have an issue with the 2.5 hours of labor being charged, when the plumber was at my house less than 1 hour! I do understand that I am responsible for some of these charges, but feel that this is excessive. I propose, and will pay for 1.25 hours of the plumber's time, not the 2.5 hours for which I was charged, and was excessive.
