South Coast Car Company tried to sell me a car with a very bad transmissionThey said they received it the day before and then put it right on the lotI thought there were specific inspections you needed to do before putting a car on the lot especially if the check engine light is on and the blinker doesn't work and the brakes are badI did not receive a smog check certificate in which should of been done days prior before selling a vehicleAnd that was not done [redacted] promised me 3-days the car would be done, I kept calling everyday after the 4th day and nothing was done and they didn't know anythingFinally, I went up there on February 18th and waited for my car because I was not paying for a BMW for those days I was without a car [redacted] finally told me hours it will be doneI came and got the car on February at 7:pmWhen I picked up the car the blinker was not fixed, the brakes were not fixedThe car was filthyHad not been washed, detailed or anythingHe told us to drive about miles away to his electronics guy and he'll fix the blinkerThat was done that same nightI've been consistently trying to reach South Coast Car Company for the past weeks to try and change my due date on my car payment because technically I did not receive my car until February 18, I've emailed them about times, called about times and every single time I've been ignoredI've requested the paperwork for the transmission to make sure that it was really done and they have not given it to meThey told me to call the car place that did the job named Pro Auto in Santa Ana, I called and spoke to the manager requesting the paperwork on my car because I was promised by [redacted] I'd have a year warranty on the new transmissionThe manager told me that he couldn't give me any information because it's under South Coast's name and they haven't paid their bill yet so they can't release anything South Coast knew they haven't paid their bill yet and still let me contact Pro Auto just to be ignorantSouth Coast Car Company is so unprofessionalTill this day, March 12, I still have not received a thing from themNothing on my transmission, nothing from them in writing regarding my loan due dateNothing I would really like if someone would go out to South Coast Car Company and make sure all their paperwork is in orderFirst they tried to screw me over with a car with a BAD transmission and they knew itDidn't do the proper inspections before they sell a vehicle and their customer service is horribleI've even sent emails to them with updates on my new car insurance for them to forward to my finance company and they replied they would forward all my documents and never didI ended up sending everything to my finance companyThey need to be auditedThank you!
