Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below Mr [redacted] did NOT ever return a call My husband had to keep calling and leaving messages He finally went to business Mr [redacted] stated over and over that he was not liable Finally Mr, [redacted] said we had to tow it our self and would pay for half of the back suspension rod that dropped,, The WHOLE suspension underneath is COMPLETELY ROTTED Can't be fixed, Whole bottom Has to be replaced, We have a certified mechanic that states it should not of been sold like that Option # If Mr [redacted] pays to have it towed to his garage, replaces whole suspension on BOTH sides bya certified mechanic (proof he is certified)with no cost to us Option # Complete refund of purchase priceOption #Another car of equal value Unless one of these options are are provid, We will be forced to pursue this in small claims court We will be forced to sue Both [redacted] And Southcoast Premium auto sales Regards, [redacted]

I was not able to find any information that I had sold a car to a *** ***, after further review I did find that a *** *** to Mr*** of *** *** *** *** *** *** on 7/22/On 7/29/Mr*** stated that the vehicle's belt was squeaking and the battery strap was
missingOn 7/31/the vehicle was serviced, new belts installed and battery hold down in placeOn 9/21/Mr*** stated that the suspension rod had dropped from the carI, *** ***, asked Mr*** if he had the vehicle inspectedHe stated "Yes in August it passed a safety and emissions test"I informed Mr*** that our mechanic would inspect the vehicle and assess the repairOn 9/23/I called Mr*** informing him that we would repair the vehicle towed to our garageMr*** stated he call on Friday 9/25/to confirmSouth Coast Premium Auto Sales has not received any communication from Mr*** since 9/23/Please be advised that South Coast Premium Auto sales is willing to make the necessary repairs to the vehicle

money but they did after I told them I will not leave till I get my refund

Customer was issued his full refund by the *** *** (main location).Store manager issued the refund to the original method of payment which was a Visa Credit Card.Attached is the receipt of the full refund.***
