On 10/25/ [redacted] made an offer to purchase a car, and wanted to finance it She filled out a credit application and signed it so that we could quote her a payment based on her qualifications In the end we could not come to agreeable terms, and she was upset with my sales person I went to talk with her, and her friend insisted that we remove the inquiry from her credit I let them know that once we submit an inquiry that we cannot remove it I showed her the application, and she acknowledged that she did sign it, but now wanted me to remove the inquiry She pulled up a score on Credit Karma and told me that her score had dropped 70+ points I kindly tried to explain the different models available on the three different credit reporting agencies, and that the scores will all be different She insulted us all and left I tried to call the customer the next day to see if I could earn her business by offering her and additional discount, but unfortunately, she was not agreeableThank you for your assistance in this matter If you have any questions please feel free to contact meAlways at your service, [redacted]
