South Coast Glass is in desperate need of some mentorship on customer service. I ordered some glass shelves from them and was told 7-10 days for them to custom cut them to my specs. I received a text from [redacted] to confirm the order. I texted [redacted] 2 days later to cancel the order as my project had changed and the dimensions of my shelves changed. Up to this point I hadn't heard anything after the order confirmation so I figured I caught them in time before they cut my shelves. About 2 hours after I cancelled I get a call from [redacted] telling me that "they've been ready for a couple days" and I can't cancel. Since it has only been 2 days and Inever got a call to pick up, I was skeptical. I told [redacted] I was cancelling and will not be picking up the shelves.

Now a month later and I still get harassing phone calls and threats of small claims court. [redacted] even called my wife while I was out of town to threaten her with court action. BAD move as this guy doesn't realize what I do for a living. Up until the threats I would have just let it go. Now I will pursue legal action against South Coast Glass and maybe they will get a wake call and learn you can't try to bully people into buying your products.
