South Colorado Springs service manager, Mike refuses to fix my windshield that got cracked in their possessionThey say it as due to weather and nothing they can doWell when my friend borrows the car and the windshield cracks in his possession then he is responsible because it's in his possessionWhy would this be handled any differently? I feel like I got screwed over and they damaged my car to get more money out of me and won't fix itThen they try and charge my insurance for the damage they causedThe damage is from them and they refuse to fix it...crummy customer service and policies! Do not recommend Nissan at all! I have had recalls on my car in a year at that, so their products suck just as bad as the customer service and their polices

I purchased a vehicle from SouthColorado Springs Nissan on August I was not happy with the sales team and I completed the survey at the end of the month with a negative responseI received a telephone message from Mr *** on 08/27/"Hi Kija, this is Mr***I told my mother to talk to your sister that your are a bad personSo my mom is going to talk to your sister about itThank you, have a bad day." After the phone message I called the dealership to find out who he was and his bossI was extremely upset with his threatI emailed Mr.Steve *** and he responded with an apology and said he would personally take care of itI do not take threats from anyone especially from Mr***Can you please make sure this never happens again to me or anyone elseI am also making a complaint to the Revdex.com
This does not sit well with me, especially after I purchased the brand new car, I had to take it to the dealership times to get a sound in the back deck repaired

When I was reading the review on the dealership I was skeptical but I had kept in mind that everyone has different experiencesI had been searching online for a AWD vehicle and I had been in touch with different dealershipsWe ended up choosing SCS NissanThe night before Jaide had contacted me letting me know that a Subaru Legacy had just came in that night as a tradeWe made a appointment to view the vehicle on Christmas EveWe ended up wanting to purchase the vehicle and trade my SUV in to go towards the down payment We had met with one gentleman who showed a list of options and of course I picked oneWe had asked numerous times on what was the trade in value on our SUV We had never received a response the only comment was all vehicles have a small leak somewhere from a gentleman who left after he told us thatWe just looked at each other trying to figure everything out and also process everythingWe had been sitting their for a few hours we both we hungry and thirsty

They try to make it seem like your getting a great deal on the price, and they lie right to you face about the overall cost of their carsI was promised $checks every month because they lied about the monthly cost of the car and they never gave me any of themI called them several times a week and they never return my calls (***)*** was the rudest person I have ever dealt with in a professional business and he told me to my face that he wouldn't help me because it "wasn't his job and he didn't have to" this is a terrible business and I would never go back here againMy sister also bought a car from here and they promised me a referal rate of $that I also never received

Had a great experience with everyone I came across in the facilityWe were so impressed we purchased multiple vehiclesWould definitely be back in future for more purchases

Horrible horrible horrible management . The staff there is not well trained. My sales guy [redacted] was great and I would definitely do business with him if he was at another dealership. I will never return

I love how efficient they are when it comes to getting my vehicles worked on I have three non nissan vehivles. My mini van was just serviced there a week ago they did a complete tune up and the engine light was still so they went back to work on it until they got it fixed . They are always kind and friendly when I go in. They also do there best to get you the best prices. I recommend to my friends all the time that they go to southern Colorado Nissan. For the friendly. And quaility. Help that we all deserve when getting our cars worked on

I brought a 2014 Rogue Nissan from South Colorado Springs Nissan in 2014. I traded in a Scion. I made two deals with the dealership. Both of them I felt I was taken advantage of. I was told the car I purchased had satellite radio and it did not. I was treated very rudely by Harley the warranty person. I know I ended up pretty giving them my trade in car, because my payments are very high. I contacted the Nissan corporate, and they told me I would be receiving a call from their general manager. That was quite awhile ago. I have not received a call as of yet. I just know the deal I got was not fair, and it makes me wonder just how many people's monies were taken in an unfair deal. Hopefully, I can get answers concerning my deal with the company.
