Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Most if not all of the response to this is totally fabricatedThis establishment is known for being untrustworthy and dishonest by other reviews about themThe owner Scott fully knows that I dont haul animals around nor do I have any animalsI purchased the vehicle while employed by a law enforcement agency and use it purely for commutingThe previous owner used it for heavy towing as told to me by the dealershipThey neglected to service the vehicle properly with caused several issues to happenI did not expect anything more from this establishment after meeting the owner and dealing with his lack of professionalism and bad attitudeTheir establishment ia not even accredited by the Revdex.com and now I know whyThey have terrible reviews and service and rely on shady tactics and as is clauses to scam peopleI expectnothing from an already sinking shipI REQUIRED nothing further from this dealership, because hopefully karma will prevail Sincerely, [redacted]

In response to complaint #*** and always wanting to be fair, Mr*** purchased a truck on 7/22/2017- Not a month ago but nearly months ago.His $down was thru his trawhich we had to spend no less than $in repairs the following day.When discussed with Mr
*** he shrugged his shoulders and admitted he lied about the problems with his truck and felt that it was justified as a cost of our doing business.Nowwith regard to the issues with the truck Mr*** purchased, he called roughly three weeks ago at the beginning of February to get his truck in for a diagnosis/repairof which we agreedIt was diagnosed with a bad head gasketMr*** already had quotes from other shopsHoweverhe still wanted his truck repaired at our shop; I assume because we quoted the job for less than other shops to help him out, for half of what he said others would fix it forI suggested he have the water pump and thermostat replaced at the same time.Mr*** has an abusive nature to him that was very difficult for my staff to deal withwe finished his repairs early as quoted and al Mr*** could do from the moment he came in the door was complain about the agreed upon prices and that his truck was not washed.I reduced the price even further to try and make Mr*** happy after taking some more of Mr*** abusive behavior, he agreed he was satisfied and that if I reduced the cost further he would never ask us to business ever again.I was firm with Mr***, at no point did I ever raise my voice with Mr***.Now, by his own admission he hauls animals all over everywhere all the timeThe truck he purchased was not designed for commercial use and it does have limitsHe has put approximately 13,miles on the truck pulling and hauling everywhere according to him.We did suggest to him that he purchase a heavier type of truck better designed for his harder type of usehis expectations of the vehicle are unrealistic.FYI- Used turbo - $installedRemanufactured turbo- $installedNew turbo - $3,installed-Complete turbo assemblies--If diagnosed correctly -Scott S***

The owner Scott fully knows that I dont haul animals around nor do I have any animals. I purchased the vehicle while employed by a law enforcement agency and use it purely for commuting. The previous owner used it for heavy towing as told to me by the dealership. They neglected to service the vehicle properly with caused several issues to happen. I did not expect anything more from this establishment after meeting the owner and dealing with his lack of professionalism and bad attitude. Their establishment ia not even accredited by the Revdex.com and now I know why. They have terrible reviews and service and rely on shady tactics and as is clauses to scam people. I expect0 nothing from an already sinking ship. I REQUIRED nothing further from this dealership, because hopefully karma will prevail.
