There are plenty of ways to save money on quality furniture, but this is not one of them. We placed our order for 2 sectional couches 10 weeks ago. At week 7 when the order status still said processing, I emailed and called 8 separate times till I finally talked to someone (all emails only received an auto response and it was just dumb luck someone picked up the phone because I called the sales line not the order processing extension). I was told that they had not started the couches (which were supposed to be finished in 3-5 weeks) because of a fabric delivery issue and that they wouldn't be able to finish them for 2 weeks plus another 3 weeks for shipping. I said 12 weeks was unacceptable and if they couldn't get it done sooner I would cancel my order given the delay and lack of customer service response. The associate said to give him a minute which turned into leaving me on hold for 20 minutes before they finally disconnected the call. I then sent them an email requesting to cancel my order and get a refund. They never responded and I had to raise a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. There is no reason to use this company. They are obviously understaffed from a customer service and manufacturing perspective and their product is OK at best (purchased a dining table from them that is already showing defects and came with one chair leg broken which took 5 weeks to replace). My recommendation is to avoid this company and pay 15% more for a quality product, good customer service and a timely delivery!

Absolutely terrible experience! Worst customer service I have ever had in my life - and that is a big statement since I have dealt with thousands of different companies. I placed an order and paid for it, while I was waiting for them to make it (4+ weeks later) I called them since I was going to be out of the country for 3 weeks and did not want them to ship my furniture while I was away. I left 4 voice mail messages for combination of customer service and sales lines, I sent 5 emails and left a message for their service. After repeated attempts to get in touch with them - over a period of 5 days they never did call me back. This is unacceptable! They had my money so I guess they didn't care to provide any service. I had to cancel my order through American Express because I could not risk them shipping it and it being lost or stolen from my building.

Review: Ordered item 10/1. 10-14 day advertised ship time did not happen. Order delivered on 11/19. When couch delivered it had black mark across front skirt. Seller has not resolved this and has been inconsistent and delayed in responding to emails throughout process. I sent seller image of stain immediately. At time of delivery I tried to refuse delivery due to stain however delivery company said they were leaving it and took a photo of stain and said they would tell seller. Seller shop on [redacted] through which I purchase item now closed. Seller has not responded to my most recent emailsDesired Settlement: return of couch and refund
