Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: There was Only one service repair made not a coupleI was originally asked to leave my vehicle with the repair shop and allow a salesman to drive my vehicle for a couple daysI told them I was not comfortable with thatShe then said she would do a smoke test and still wanted to keep truck two daysI set the appointment but after reading reviews I am not comfortable taking my truck back there for repairsI have not received any calls from South County Auto PlazaThe calls are coming from their mechanic shop they useI want to resolve this issue with a refund of my initial inspection as well as paying for a new oneI want to take the truck to a shop of my choice for repairs and also the emission inspection at the cost to the dealerThis is not something their mechanics can make a decision on Sincerely, [redacted]

We have made several attempts to set appointments with this consumer to do a diagnostic text, he failed to show up for the appointmentsWe explained that anytime new parts are installed in a car it takes driving the car to before the codes are corrected We never told him we needed to keep his car for a salesman to drive the carWe will look at the car if he sets an appointment to bring it in, however we will not pay for any repairs by other shops

her out the first time, though we didn't owe her, and now she is trying to act like we owe her the back brakesWe never said she was "driving it bad" or anything like that, but said is that she was driving it, because she put so many miles on it in the short timeHer brakes are not and have never been under warrantyShe is not owed anything, and her brakes are absolutely not under a warrantyThe car is driving fine, but she just wants more for freeWe told her if she buys the parts, we'll do the labor, and she refused

I am rejecting this response because: My husband and I were completely compliant in everything they asked us to doThey lost our paper work twiceThis matter was originally opened more than months agoThis company has been administratively negligent with our personal and private information and they did not return any phone calls when we tried to resolve this matter with them directlyIt's disappointing the lack of ownership and overall good customer service that has been missing from this equationThey have been using strong language and have not once simply apologized that I have had to jump through hoops to get this resolvedI had to report them to two consumer protection agencies to get any actual movement and reconciliation on this matterIf they are saying the check was mailed on 3/that is far later than what they initially noted when they sent a letter to the Attorney General's office in December claiming this matter was resolvedHere we are months later and we still do not have a check in hand nor has any proof been provided that this check was mailedThey even stopped responding to the AG's office until they followed up additional timesThey are claiming that they did not have the most current addressI gave Joe our mailing address and they still did not get it rightIf the check was returned due to the wrong address, no one reached out to let us know so that they could get it rightThis should have been simple but it has been a complete nightmare and I recommend against engaging in consumer ties with this businessI would appreciate if they would provide proof that a check was issued as we do not have it

The customer purchased the vehicle and brought it back nine days laterHe had a day/1,mile warranty 50/We diagnosed the issues and he agreed for us to do the work and signed the work orderIf he had a problem with the cost he should
have discussed it before the work was done not after we completed itThis customer shook my hand and told me we were doing him right because we offered to do additional work at no additional cost because we were already in the engineHe authorized all work to be doneI have a service ticket that is not paid for and I don't feel this is a valid complaintHe agreed to the service and signed the ticket and then got my employee to let him take the vehicle without paying the billI will be faxing the ticket and would like this complaint removed

This purchase was 5 months ago and the first we have heard of this issue. We would never of just turned out the light unless it was showing no faults. If the vehicle really needs a cat, we would be willing to help customer at our cost for the repair. I'm unsure why the vehicle has been undriveable??...

As customer stated, they understood they had a 30 day warranty, therefore why are they contacting the Revdex.com after such a long time ?

The truck was a trade in at [redacted] Ford. We have title but we're waiting for lien release from them due to customer paying off their own car instead of allowing dealer . That always takes a longer time. We have done our due diligence and have verified that the lien was satisfied and we are...

just waiting for release . Should be another couple daYs. We have informed customer of this, and obviously they don't like the answer, but I can't change the speed in which a lien release comes from a lender .. If they have any penalties bc of delay, we will pay the fee. As I stated complaint was resolved b4 we were contacted by Revdex.com.. Can't do anything else

This has been resolved. On Friday, July 8th, we were provided the title and lien release.
