this customer came to me years ago with a picture on his tablet showing body side damage, I told him around when he dropped it off I started right away,there was inside structure damage the picture didn't show,so when customer picked up, I explained about insisde structure and wit would be
now instead of he said I understand,he paid and was happy.a year later came back,and aked if I would be willing to paint his truck inside and out if he prepared it for paint and how much.I told him 1200.00it consisted of engine compartment,inside and out on cab,doors,fenders and hoodcustomer explained to me he has done many prep jobsso he brought it,I did what I was suppose to do and never asked for a dime moreand now he is not happy with his own prep job because he left dings and such in itand now I will never do this for any customer againnot my fault when he did his own prep work
