The dealership quoted the price including the alignment. They did not perform the alignment. When I went back for an oil change, they told me the car did not need an alignment and all the tires were in good condition. The car was then taken to another dealership where the agent said that the alignment test failed and the tires were showing metal and was too dangerous to drive. The agent also stated that the condition of the alignment and the tires would not of occurred in the short period of time between both visits of the two dealerships and that the car was not driven in those days

One of our sales managers spoke to Mrs. [redacted] today. We explained that the report to the Revdex.com was the first that management has heard of her concern. We offered a resolution and we are waiting on Mrs. [redacted]'s answer.

We have tried calling Mrs. [redacted] at the number provided many times. Our sales manager has left at least 2 voicemails over the last 3 days with no return call. We would like to speak to Mrs. [redacted] to obtain more information and provide a solution.  Thank you.

Customer received Lexus out-of-warranty one-time goodwill
consideration for parts only on replacement of three shocks.   The
$600 she paid was for the labor portion of the install. It did not include a
four wheel alignment nor was she charged for one.

Client came back...

in months after the repair and requested
that we refund her $195 for the alignment that we did not charge her for.
We performed a quad check inspection (includes an alignment
pre-check) for her that day and identified that the vehicle was within
specifications and she did not need an alignment. After we identified that the
vehicle was within specifications client still demanded that we refund her the
money that we never charged her for. If we would not do that, client demanded
we take care of her needed service at no charge.

When we declined client’s request, she became frustrated and
told us that we were wasting her time. She couldn’t believe that she drove all
the way down here from Irvine for us not to do anything about this.  She
said that WE were wasting her time and said that she would go to Newport Lexus
from then on.

This was her second visit with us.
