was aproxone year and months ago we do not feel it reasonable to repair the vehicle We often do free repairs on customer’s cars but months is far too long Additionally the initial issue was an oil leak not electrical Cars break I wish all customers would opt for the warranty but underlaw I can’t force you Very sorry

I am rejecting this response because:when I purchased the car there was never a warranty offered to me. I had tried multiple times to bring my vehicle to them for repairs but being pregnant and having a job among other things such as getting my 7 year old back and forth from school was a priority and was not offered a loner car or the option of a rental. Instead I was offered one of the dealerships employees vehicles in which I did not want to be responsible for if something was to happen. And since the Saturn was the one vehicle that I owned and would need another vehicle while my car was in the shop being repaired and was not going to put out more money to rent a vehicle so that the car I had just bought could be repaired when I was told there was nothing wrong with this vehicle and it was in great condition. I have had to make multiple repairs on this vehicle and have put out more money then the car is worth along with still making car payment to the lease holder in the amount of 267.00$ a month. The repairs have cost well over 3000.00$ in repairs and there are still problems that need to be fixed.Along with dealing with a lease holder who I have been told by and employee of south creek broker that they no longer deal with because of issues with the lease holder company.
