on 6/** I received via email the information that separate transactions (seconds apart) were made on my credit card for a total of XXXXX from the mani-pedi place
At the time of the transactions, I was in Port washington (Long Island), the credit card was with me and I do not to that salon
I called the bank immidiately (BoA) explaining the fraud situation and asking what docs I could supply to demonstrate I didn't make those chargesNo documents were asked and a fraud claim was opened
Claim was rejected under the explanation that charges were valid because merchant had my email address(How many businesses have email information and can place fraudulent charges at this point?)
I reopened the claim for a second time explaining the bank that I got the email because I am signed in with square receipt and that's how the platform works not because the charges were legit
I know it is a fraud, please let me know what documentations I can supply to you to be refunded?
