I've banked with them for awhileTried to get a small loan, which they state anyone can get regardless of credit history Turn down twice Just wanted to know did they turn down Black American's more than any other ethnic groups I was working on rebuilding my creditCalled to find out why I was turn down the main office on 95th street The lady that answer the phone hangs up in my face twice When I called back it went to voicemail after trying to get through (no luck) I used another phone She picked up on the first ring What I was trying to ask her Can I speak to someone who is in charge of loans Got so mad I could not even speak to this lady anymore Just want to know how many black American's have been turn down from South Division Credit Union compared to other ethnic groups
South Division has made changes to my account without my authorizationMy account has been re-aged and the due date/day has also been changedI have not been notified via email, USPS, or by phone of any changes being madeI have went as far as to email the president of the company and to this day no responseI also followed up with a phone call and still no response
