I received your letter todayAfter reading the customer complaint and questioning employees I was able to figure outwhat happenedIn accordance with company policy, there was a misunderstanding on 11/25/Since the
customer was unhappywith the tum-a-round time on an alternator repair, Tom offered a refund of the money the customer paid us for the original repair.The only thing the customer needed to do was to produce a receipt evidencing the purchaseI am sorry that we were not able torepair their alternator in a time that would suit the customer
