We have read the complaint and completely rebut the customers claimThe customer did place the order for a particular frame which we did not have and we notified them by emailAt no time was an explanation of any crack, as it was simply not availableWe never charged the cardholder so not sure who and what used their infoAs for the entity they mention, we have no idea and we are not located in a hardware store and not located on Beaumont StNot sure who they are trying to confuse us with,

We have reviewed the complaint and is there any chance you got name of the person you spoke to? This is a highly unexplainable situation and wont happen again

We will not be responding any further to such claims We asked the customer simple questions to get a resolution, only to be insulted

This is what happens when you track the following number, you can see that is not my order which was made december As I told you, after I sent the money to their account, I never got any tracking number, and I never got the item I orderAnd this is the second time I repeat the same words, is there any chance to contact NYPD to solve this question?here in Finland it`s Cristal clear that I have been robbed by them

I have pictures that will show these optical frames are not 100% brand new and I contacted Burberry to verify authenticity especially since there was no certificate number, not to mention Burberry says they are not authorized vendors and their address is Brooklyn is a farce.

These items are 100% brand new and Authentic, direct from the manufacturerThey come complete with certificate of authenticity, protective case and dust cloth. We receive our items from our vendors and never have issues with authenticity

Please send it to us, as these frames come directly from our supplier who had a reseller agreement with the manufacturer

We will not be responding any further to such false claims.  We asked the customer simple questions to get a resolution, only to be insulted.

the customer was communicated via email that the pair we had was defective & we were not comfortable shipping in the condition they were in. the customer was NOT charged as the pending transaction on her account will be removed within 3 business days from the date the order was processed. ALL...

orders are pre-authorized & only the funds are captured if order is shipped.

service proves that [redacted] is not my order, that is the tracking number of an order made also from Finland on july 2016, not mine.
