I am rejecting this response because:I never received that email, but regardless, the bottom line is, PropertyRadar automatically charged me $566.40 for future services that I repeatedly told them that I was not going to use and have no use for. As soon as I saw the charge, I cancelled immediately, closed the account, and asked for a refund for the remaining 11 future unused months. I am being charged until the November 2016, for an account that is cancelled, closed, and that I am no longer using. Unlike other companies, when you cancel future services, they will refund you for the unused remaining months. This company despite how many times I have told them I have literally no use for their service, my account is closed, and cancelled, and I am not using the service at all for the year 2016, the company is still going to keep my money based on greed.

[redacted] registered for a subscription with PropertyRadar using the email address [redacted] 11/28/17. On 1/31/17 we received a request to cancel the subscription. The subscription was cancelled per his request and remained active until 2/2/2017.On 5/23/17, there was a...

new subscription created for [redacted] using the email address [redacted]. We checked all correspondence for a cancellation request and there is no record of a cancellation request for this account. [redacted] sent me a copy of the cancellation request for subscription associated with [redacted] dated 1/31/17 as proof of his cancellation confirmation which is tied to his previous subscription. We have emailed all details to [redacted] have have denied his request for a refund and let him know if he feels the charges are fraudulent to report it to his credit card company and we will work with them to determine any next steps.

We already answered this complaint. Ms. [redacted] restarted her service and entered a new credit card to activate the account again. Clearly she was aware of this account. Our previous documentation showed the online chat conversation with Ms. [redacted]. We are sorry that Ms [redacted] is upset with the charges but the account was activated by Ms. [redacted] and service was provided as requested. Not much else we can do or say. PropertyRadar doesn't provide refunds for late cancellation we do however offer a credit for future services. Thank you for you time and consideration.

I am rejecting this response because:I did not know that the subscription was reactivated.  I received no confirmation from the business, no receipts, no billing notifications AND"we emailed Ms. [redacted] letting her know we were having trouble charging her credit card for the November renewal. " this statement is a lie.  I never received any kind of notification as per the chat conversation noted by the company.

I am rejecting this response because:I was paying PropertyRadar month to month until I got a call from a PropertyRadar representative for a yearly subscription discount. This was for the year November 2014 to November 2015. However, I was never informed of an annual automatic renewal. I was never told over the phone, I never signed any documents, or received any notifications in the mail or over email that I was going to be charged indefinitely every year automatically. I saw a charge in December 2015 for $566.40. I called PropertyRadar immediately only to find out that I was automatically charged the annual subscription for 2016. I immediately cancelled my account because I would no longer need their services for 2016.PropertyRadar is adamant on keeping my $566.40 for the year 2016 without any notification that my credit card would be automatically charged every year, and for services I am not using, and will not use at all.  Since my account is cancelled, I am not using their website, and will not use it, so my money is basically free money in their pocket. It was cancelled in December 2015, so there are 11 months of service that I was charged for and am not using. I did not ask for the entirety of the $566.40, I only asked for a refund for the remaining unused 11 months. I had no more use for the service and made it very clear to the representatives that I would not be using the website at all. However, they said they could close my account, but it would remain active, so that I could still use it.  I repeatedly told them that I do not have any more use for it. I even reached out to the owner personally over [redacted] and explained my side of the story, and he was very rude and angry and said that I wasted his time. This is the only company that refuses to issue a refund despite not using their services anymore. Every other company that I’ve dealt with in the past issues refunds for unused services. PropertyRadar is a company based off of greed.
