Americas furniture believes on providing the best customer service as potable but Americas furniture also believes that no employee of Americas Furniture shod be verbally abuse or threaten by any consumer like it was done on this case.At the time of the purchase consumer was
aware that the bunk bed was a special order, Consumer also understood that bunk bed will be coming from the LA Warehouse and that Americas Furniture did not have control of any delay on the freight, Consumer is and was upset due to the fact that Americas Furniture decided to provide her a full refund and not to deliver the furniture, Further a full refund was provided, second Consumer was requesting a Refund in cash and Americas Refuse to provide a Cash refund do to the fact that she pay with a credit card, at this time no Money is Owe to the consumer

This is the worst business I have ever had an experience withFrom to delivery, took almost months to get my couch, got the wrong color when I finally got it and you having to initiate conversation with the company and them not contacting you! Over charging people and very unprofessional! They will text you and threaten you but not call you like a business should!

I will like to say tank you to americas furniture for helping me with my furniture, without Americas Furniture I will not have the beds for my kids

In regards to the situation I went to do the job and he asked me to come back on a Saturday I was scheduled for Tuesday. I had already called 811 we are extremely busy and by Friday I wasn't able to pick up my material I ordered from my...

supplier. So I had to cancel then on the conversation I said I can come Monday he then again ask for me to come Saturday I agreed then he said it had to be at 1 p.m. when Saturday came were on another job. And I could not make it so Monday morning I dropped off the material because on our contract it says you cannot cancel after 3 days or if you use a credit card so I gave him his material and he asked me not to do the job over the internet bashing our company I also gave him a check for the remainder amount even though we don't do that per contract

I have all phone calls and texts CLEARLY showing that the installation was cancelled TWICE by the business and also proving the no-call, no-show the second install date. I can send in to prove that sadly this organization (wouldn't even call a business) gives excuses and lies when it fails to perform the agreed upon work. I'm also getting numerous responses from people I don't know telling me their nightmare story that they experienced with these people.
