This unprofessional company is on charge of the security of El Conquistador Condominiums since January 2016, but in fact they respond to the Association interests, for to calm down "big mouth" owners by mean of supposed parking violations, that then they justify with low resolution, blurry and dark pictures, taken always from the opposed angle where you had your parking permit hanging, as proofs of your supposed violationBut even, having the Register of all the cars authorized to park in the premises, they tow your car because they didn't "see" your parking permit They look very professionals wearing modern uniforms, logo wrapped cars, with blinking emergency lights and big spot lamps, but in fact they don't do what they are hired to do I would never recommend this company to secure your Property

I would never recommend this company to secure your Property.
This groups secures the premise where my townhouse is located. Over the past four years, they have been present to several parking violations that resulted in the towing one of our cars and two of our guest. They were also absent for 6 car break ins. When asked about the convenient scheduling we were given the round around from one of the security managers. It almost leaves us to assume that the break ins where strategically occurring when no security was present. In other words, this company who is suppose to secure our property is always absent for break ins but present to harass residents for violations like parking on the side walk (Which is also only enforced on a small portion of the premises). Overall the personal that this company uses displays no professional regard for the residence and seem to take personal grudges towards those that speak up against their mediocre services. I would not recommend this company in any facits.
