I hate to buy a new computer because it is so much trouble to change over. In 2009, I purchased the computer from a large chain store and paid for them to do the change. It took too long and I had to wait in line to fix the problems. I used SFTG to fix a few problems in the past and they were very good and reasonable. I decided to call the for some advise and decided to buy the computer from them instead of the big box store. It was about the same price, they stripped all the junk programs, loaded the new versions of my programs and switched over the data all remotely. Also, offered a 4 year warranty for repairs for $220 so I can just call them with any computer malfunction. They are my #1 go to tech service. Also, Roger my technician treated me like a customer.
I have used South Florida Tech Group to solve computer problems on two different occasions, several months apart. Their service is phenomenal. I am not very computer savvy, and the technician was patient with me and solved my problems easily. I would highly recommend them.

This group has an excellent organization. They do what they agreed to, at the price they quote. If you want help, they are there, "dependable".
