South Fork of Hillsborough County HOA Inc

I live in South Fork(Fronterra) have been here for over years...I had not had any issues until recently ...I have gotten violations for everything from my car being parked on the street (we have of then) my driveway being pressure washed ( I just did that less than a year ago)...to weed in my flowerbeds (fern leaves that just keep popping up) my garbage cans being left out on garbage day(I was away overnight)...I can't wait until my lease is up here next year...I truly believe they are targeting renters and not homeowners thus a difference in opinions about the HOA...I keep up my property as I take pride in where I live but I guess that;s not enough for them...my property management company has asked me what is going on because going back over my file for the past 3+ years there has been no issues and I have gotten violations in the past month ..but I have changed nothing that I have always done ...so if you don't mind having someone else tell you what you can and can't do where you pay rent/mortgage than this is the place for you...I love the area as it is a great neighborhood but these HOA people need to get a life and find something more productive to do with their time...pressure wash a sidewalk(I don't even own the sidewalk)??
