I've been a customer of Riverview Optical since the 1990's. I also referred family and friends to Riverview Optical through the years as well.
However, I will no longer patronize that location. I had an appointment for an eye exam at 11:30 a.m. I arrived 9 minutes late. I repeat, NINE minutes late. I walked in the door and was informed that the doctor couldn't wait any longer and had already left. "Sorry!"
I immediately walked out the door, and will never return. Highly disappointed at the treatment I received. They do 'not' value their customers, nor do they understand or care for that matter, what constitutes good customer service. For years Christy was at the front desk and was wonderful. They have since changed the staff awhile back, and customer service has suffered greatly since.
