We received a call on or around 5/11/from the customer letting us know their River Oak tabletop was having issues. We sent out a replacement top on 5/13/16. I have attached a copy of the packing slip for your reference. As you can see it clearly states on our packing list they
received with their shipment that“All contents need to be inspected and any discrepancies reported within days of receipt.” We did not hear from the customer and in their complaint they clearly state, “COMPANY REPLACED WITH NEW ONE. RECEIVED NEW AT END OF SEASON SO I PLACED IT IN GARAGE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING TO USE THE FOLLOWING YEAR AND SAME THING IS HAPPENING TO REPLACEMENT TABLE TOP.”WARRANTY DISCLAIMER: Replacement and/or purchased parts are not warranted. With regard to point and the customer claiming they received ‘end of season’. This is an untrue statement. I tracked the shipment which left our facility on 5/13/and delivered to them on 5/17/16. It shipped via Fed Ex ground and here is the tracking number should you want to track it for yourself, ***. They now mention their chairs and the wicker splitting. I have attached a copy of the warranty which they received when they purchased their setYou can see on pages and what is and is not covered and wicker unravelling is not covered. We did, however, replace a chair for them on 7/20/which would have been covered under warranty. In summary, Huayue will not replace, under warranty, any further items

states that we would be replacing the table topI have also included copies of our Packing Slips from both the January and the April shipments of replacement partsThe Packing Slips clearly states at the bottom “Please inspect all contents for missing or damaged partsReport any discrepancies within days of receipt of your order to Customer Service (toll free) 877.931.7378. Thank you for choosing a Huayue product!” The Packing Slips are attached to the outside of the cartons. The email below shows that the customer agreed to the terms of the second shipment of additional parts she wanted and we sold to her on April I authorize this one time charge of $to my MasterCard ending in for the purchase, shipping and handling of one table lower assembly only to Jenna Boring Weston Rd, Knoxville, TN 37918. I understand that all sales are final and a signature will be required upon delivery

I would like to make this perfectly clear, Huayue is not accepting the fact that their product does not hold up. The poor quality and workmanship of their product is obvious.   Just look at the pictures.  I did not know I was buying a disposable patio set.
