South Hills Builders

Review: South Hills Builders was hired to repair and replace gutters on the front of a residential dwelling. After completion of the work by the contractors employee, the gutters were leaking and misaligned causing water to leak into the basement and on to the front porch. Several calls and emails were sent to So. Hills Builders with photos attached to show what the results of the contractors employee completed work. After several calls over the course of a years time the contractor simply ignored the request and refused to respond. Several months late after repeated requests a different employee was sent to the property and a new estimate was sent to me to have the problems corrected from the original work completed.Desired Settlement: The request is for the contractor to complete the requested and paid for work as agreed upon in a professional and accurate manor, along with repairing the damage caused by the poor workmanship.

We contacted Mr. [redacted] and went to his residence. The issue was not anything that we had done. However, we installed new flashing over the front porch into the roof and gutter free of charge.
